The Texas Tech University Patent and Trademark Depository has been a depository since 1995.

I am the Patent and Trademark Depository Librarian and have assistance from Pam Lampe, a Library Associate, who processes our federal documents for our regional GPO Depository.

This year we moved all the cabinets from our old office onto the floor near our federal government documents collection.

I have updated my template email letter to patrons outlining basic information about obtaining a patent including basic info. at the Texas Tech Library and links to various resources including the PTO, our local inventors group in Amarillo, Nolo Press, our university Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC).

I have begun restarting our access to PubWest with the help of Michael Hydorn and Zakiah Johnson because of interest of staff from our OTC.
